Imported Car Svc - (509) 332-2314

I have been going to Carl and the gang at Imported Car Services for about seven years now. I go for everything from an oil change to a transmission replacement. For the first few years, since I was at a new mechanic, I researched every recommendation that Carl made. If I ever had questions, Carl would walk me through why he suggested what he did and would even show me the parts and how they worked. Now, I just drop off my car for the regular oil change and Carl only calls me if he finds something over $500. He's like having Car Talk's Click and Clack right in town.

I agree with m d. The guy who runs the place is such a two-faced individual. Plus, he tends to act nice but he will end up ripping you off. Even one star is too good for this place. I would not recommend this place at all. Go to Jerry's.

Would not recommend at all. I towed my car over to their shop exactly three weeks ago because my heater core broke. They were quick to find the problem but, that was it. It's been three weeks and all I have heard from the guy 'Carl' (always answers the phone) is, 'oh don't have time today gonna get started on the it tomorrow', 'well by the end of this week it will definitely get done', and finally today 'oh didn't have time had some established costumers come in and didn't want to make them to wait too long so couldn't get it done but I talked to the other shop in town and I will take it over today'. This after I talked to him two days ago and was told it would be definitely done by the end of the week after three f*ing weeks. THIS guy is trying to tell me he doesn't want any new business or something? I have been stuck in Pullman for three weeks, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, he probably doesn't want your business cause he has established customers!
